Sewer & Drain Camera Inspections in Albuquerque
When you're dealing with recurring drain problems, slow drains, sewer odors, or you're buying a home and want to know the condition of the sewer line, a camera inspection gives you definitive answers. At MGP Mechanical, we use professional sewer cameras to inspect drain and sewer lines, giving you a clear picture of what's going on underground.
How Sewer Scoping Works
We insert a waterproof camera attached to a flexible cable into your sewer or drain line. The camera transmits real-time video to a monitor, allowing our technician to see the exact condition of the pipe from the inside. We can identify cracks, breaks, bellies, root intrusion, blockages, pipe material, and the overall condition of the line.
When You Need a Sewer Scope
A sewer camera inspection is valuable for home purchases (to check the sewer line condition before buying), recurring drain backups, locating the source of sewer odors, verifying the condition of older clay or cast iron pipes, and pre-repair diagnostics to plan the most effective repair strategy.
Accurate Diagnostics Save Money
A camera inspection eliminates guesswork. Instead of digging up your yard hoping to find the problem, we know exactly where the issue is and what's causing it. This means more targeted repairs, less disruption to your property, and lower costs overall.
Please note: We provide sewer and drain scoping (camera inspections) but do not perform drain cleaning services.
